Overview:

From November 1 – December 24th, customers were asked to Find JOY. Share JOY. and Win. This campaign was interactive because it invited customers to pose as the missing ‘Y’ and share the picture on social media channels using #BROADWAYJOY. The person with the most likes received a $250 Gift Card to their favorite Broadway Commons Retailer The ‘JO’ sign was moved every Monday which allowed the activation to be spread throughout the center. A 3ft case was placed next to the sign, with store specific coupons. Over 109 pictures were uploaded using the provided hash-tag with a total of 3,952 likes. The winner of the promotion received a total of 604 likes and there were a total of 654 coupons redeemed during the promotion.
